Le Sueur citizens should speak up!
Email Print
During the dinner break for the CapX 2020 power line route meeting, held Dec. 7 at the Hog Wild in Henderson, Le Sueur suddenly presented the law judge a letter stating Le Sueur and its citizens would gladly offer the Mayo Park for a new route for the Cap X line – it was signed by Mayor Bob Oberle.

Is this OK with Le Sueur citizens? Why says so? Who asked them? Did the City Council meet? Was this ever discussed?

Why is Le Sueur city government so intent on bringing this line through Le Sueur, when all the other cities are bitterly opposed to it?

Politics under the table as usual!

On one hand Le Sueur is a big city wannabe and the other, its city government behaves like small town, Hooterville.

Citizens of Le Sueur, speak up on issues – it’s your town!

Maybe we should have the Green Giant and Sprout (at the entrance to town) hold up a power line and welcome people to the Valley of the Sold Out!

As a resident living near mayo park I am very concerned about this development.
When is the next public meeting on this project?
