Ordinance change to pave way for park development
In order to accommodate a Department of Natural Resources grant for improving Lake Washington Park, the Le Sueur County board of commissioners agreed to change an ordinance pertaining to park funds. The board also took time to host the swearing-in ceremony for newly-appointed Le Sueur County Sheriff Tom Doherty.

The Section 2AA North Subsection title game between No. 1 Le Sueur-Henderson and No. 2 St. Peter was bound to be a good game no matter who came out on top. It was the Saints that came out on top Monday night 62-42.
